Comhaltas Dublin is the representative body for all Comhaltas branches within Dublin, supporting branches with the day to day running of their organisations, and promoting traditional Irish music, song and dance, throughout Dublin.

The Dublin County Board represents its members at Leinster Council, and additionally serves as a liaison at a national level with the Ard Comhairle of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann.

Comhaltas Dublin is responsible for running Fleadh Áth Cliath – Dublin’s foremost Irish music festival – each year, in addition to many other events which serve to highlight the work done at a local level by individual branches. These events include:

– Céilís
– Dancing Workshops
– Education & Training Workshops
– Music Workshops
– Pléarácha
– Scoraíocht
– Performance Groups
